Seeking to establish a fully automated production line in Shaanxi, this project is specifically equipped with Model 12 brick-making machines, high-level palletizers, automatic strapping machines, and high-level mother-and-child carts, comprehensively showcasing Qisheng Machinery’s core technological advantages: end-to-end unmanned control. Among them, the Model 12 brick-making machine ensures efficient forming; the high-level palletizer enables rapid stacking; the automatic strapping machine completes product bundling; and the high-level mother-and-child cart undertakes intelligent transportation of wet blanks and finished products. Through a collaborative operation mode featuring horizontal transport by the mother cart and vertical storage and retrieval by the child cart, material flow is realized across three-dimensional space, precisely coordinating forming, stacking, and curing processes, thereby significantly enhancing transportation efficiency. When paired with the QS series palletizing system, the palletizing cycle is only 12–15 seconds per layer, with a daily output of up to 3,800 pallets—more than five times the efficiency of traditional manual production. Utilizing servo positioning and intelligent sensing technologies, the forming error is less than 0.1%, ensuring uniform block density and precise dimensions. The modular design, combined with self-diagnostic alarm functions, allows ordinary technicians to perform routine maintenance, substantially reducing operation and maintenance costs.
According to the project manager at Qisheng Machinery, this Shaanxi project strictly adheres to standardized installation procedures. A dedicated technical team has been stationed on-site throughout the entire process, from equipment delivery and positioning adjustment to personnel training, providing full lifecycle services to ensure that the production line is installed and commissioned within seven days, enabling rapid entry into normal production. “The building materials industry in the Shaanxi region holds enormous potential. The establishment of this production line is not only an important step for us in expanding into the Northwest market but also aims to leverage advanced brick-making technology to help local enterprises address pain points such as heavy reliance on manual labor, low production efficiency, and failure to meet environmental standards, thus achieving the goals of workforce reduction, efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement,” said the manager. Qisheng Machinery will rely on a 24-hour rapid response service mechanism and establish a dedicated after-sales liaison channel to ensure long-term stable equipment operation and provide comprehensive technical support to partner enterprises.
